1.1 Policy Statement

The Centre relies on the timely payment of school fees to maintain a high standard of education and provide a nurturing learning environment for all children. As a not-for-profit community school, we value the support of our parents and carers to help sustain and enhance our educational services. Your cooperation is crucial in helping us provide quality education and maintain the operations of the school.

We kindly request that all parents and carers ensure the prompt payment of fees, and we invite families to contribute to the school’s growth by participating in fundraising and community support activities. These initiatives are vital for offering a well-rounded education to all students.

The school will subsidise costs wherever possible to ensure that all students have access to enriching experiences

Fees are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted in line with the school’s financial requirements. If there are any increases in fees, we will notify parents well in advance—typically at least one term before any changes take effect. The school reserves the right to make fee adjustments without a fixed notice period in response to circumstances such as changes in government regulations (e.g., the National Minimum Wage), inflation, or other financial requirements.

Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated via letters, emails, or the school’s website, and the updated fees policy will replace any previous policies.
